

TERMS OF SERVICE
Summary. Please read the Terms of Service as they serve as a binding Agreement between you the client or customer and I Chocokitsune also known as Stacia. This Term of Service will also serve as a guide for Shipping Information and Return Policy. All policies are nonnegotiable for what is stated herein. The policies set forth are to protect the integrity between both parties and to ensure all complaints and critiques made towards the company are made in good faith. Chocokitsune respects the rights of all customers and clients, so I ask you to do the same.
All content made by Chocokitsune (including images, pictures, photographs, and graphics) that you as the client choose to share on social platforms (ie: Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Discord, and all forms of social platforms) are acceptable to share to the public. Please give the proper credit to the artist. All content labeled under the Chocokitsune brand that I did not make will follow proper procedures to remove the infringing content from online platforms. Products made for the commission(s) will have all legal copyright to Chocokitsune unless a contract to hand over all rights has been made. Right given solely to the client from the requests made will be done under contract with both parties digitally signing the agreement.
Client Responsibility. You understand that by using the services that I, Chocokitsune provide, you, the client or customer, will remain respectful during all transactions or complaint requests. You will adhere to the above and all related rules in the current term of service. Foul or unprofessional language made at any time will result in the immediate removal of my services to you the client or the customer. Blocks or disables of reaching out to Chocokitsune will be made as stated herein in this policy.
You agree and acknowledge that multiple attempts will be made to communicate and rectify, any errors made by Chocokitsune. You agree that you will not spread misinformation about Chocokitsune that is abusive, threatening, or defamatory. You also agree not to mislead or abuse the system of the internet for cyberbullying unless definitive proof is shown. You agree that if such actions are taken you, the client, or the customer will be denied any services made by Chocokitsune effective immediately. All chat logs will be kept by Chocokitsune for any future proof needed to support the claims of the company, it is encouraged that you the client do the same as the right for you to do so is justified to keep your documentation.
Shipping & Client Responsibility section II. Once you've placed an order that has been sent out for shipment, you agree you will no longer be able to edit the order as the final stages of the order were already done, made, and agreed upon. If you have an issue with the shipment of your order(s), please contact Chocokitsune via work email at chocokitsune@yahoo.com. All attempts made to contact the artist using other forms of social media will be ignored. You, the client, acknowledge that the professional email stated in these terms of service is the most effective way of reaching out regarding any questions or concerns. If tracking indicates that an order(s) was lost in transit, please notify Chocokitsune and a lost product claim will be filed on your behalf with the 3rd party Printful which is used to make and create all orders and products. If an order is stated as delivered but you the client or the customer did not receive the requested item a claim must be submitted to Chocokitsune no later than 90 days after the notification of the delivery date. Failure to notify Chocokitsune by email within the requested time frame will result in an automatic denial of a refund. You acknowledge that orders cannot be guaranteed delivery to P.O. boxes.
All delivery estimates are not delivery dates. Estimates are given so that you as the client or customer know when to look out for your packaged order. Current deliveries will only be placed for those residing in the United States of America. This is subject to change worldwide in the possible future.
Donations for Chocokitsune VS Donation Items for charity. Tips for Chocokistune are only made through Ko-Fi and PAYPAL. These 3rd party platforms allow me to receive any extra tips from fans and clients. Please note that Ko-Fi donations made toward me will be separate from Donation items that go towards charity for Cancer.
Donation Items are my way of giving back to the community I love most, specifically the Cancer Center, which sparked my passion for art and medicine. 100% of the proceeds for Donation items only will go towards the Cancer Center at St. Charles Healthcare. Please read each item description carefully as all donation items will be marked appropriately. If you have any concerns or questions regarding donation items, please reach out via email only.
For any concerns regarding payment, privacy, safety, shipping, or any relative store questions please email me. I respect each client’s email and will not fill up your inbox with constant spam. I use the following 3rd parties to run my business: PayPal, Wix, and Printful. If you have any concerns regarding the parties used, please reach out to their support team.
